Not clean, noisy and they had bugs.
I would not recommend this hotel. They had bugs in the bathroom, the carpets were not clean and they had some kind of construction noise all night long. When we visit Lake Charles again we will definitely be looking for a much nicer hotel. ...read more

Staff called to check if we needed housekeeping the next morning, we had a late check out.
No sheets or blanket for the sofa sleeper.

The hotel was neat, clean and the staff was quick to help with any need we had.
The stay was great! The staff was helpful, the grounds were clean and the pool was well cared for.
